The CAR-T in vivo efficacy validation platform is a research platform designed to evaluate the anti-tumor effects and safety of CAR-T cell therapy in animal models. It involves injecting CAR-T cells into tumor-bearing mouse models or autoimmune disease mouse models, observing their distribution, expansion, anti-tumor activity, and whether they induce adverse reactions within the body. Based on this, PersonGen has established multiple mature solid tumor, hematological tumor, orthotopic tumor models, as well as disease models related to autoimmune diseases. Using key experimental techniques such as bioluminescence imaging, flow cytometry, and cytokine detection, the platform systematically assesses the efficacy and safety of CAR-T cells in animals, thereby screening out CAR structures with superior functional performance. In vivo efficacy validation provides critical evidence for optimizing CAR-T cell therapy and conducting preclinical studies, serving as a key step to advance cell therapy drugs from the laboratory to clinical applications. This enables the application of CAR-T cells in the treatment of patients' tumors, autoimmune diseases, and other chronic conditions.
